Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. During peak holiday seasons (November–December), please allow the full processing window.


Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Holiday shipping deadlines may apply during the Christmas season.

Mail carriers recommend placing orders by December 16 to arrive before December 25.
Once shipped, delivery is typically estimated at approximately 5 business days, but this is not guaranteed.

We encourage ordering early for time-sensitive deliveries.


Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Please note:

  • “Expected by” dates are estimates only
  • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed

Carrier Delays

Occasionally, carriers may experience delays, misrouting, or lost packages.

While we will assist when possible, we are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped, and refunds are not provided for late deliveries.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address
  • Orders returned due to address errors

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.
